Fort Hood Visitor Access

Fort Hood is an active U.S. Army installation. All non-DoD ID cardholders must follow base entry procedures. Please plan ahead to allow extra time for security checks.

We recommend arriving early to complete the visitor pass process, especially if you have children participating in the morning programs.

• We are honored to welcome Soldiers of the Cross Cowboy Church as they bring faith, fellowship, and cowboy spirit to this year’s event.

• Come meet our Heritage Mustangs—living symbols of resilience and freedom—who will be joining the event for a special showcase and connection experience.

• Hoofbeats for Heroes will be joining us to share their powerful mission of healing and hope, connecting veterans, first responders, and families through the bond of horses.

• Don’t miss the Cowboy Church Chuckwagons serving up authentic chuckwagon meals and good old-fashioned cowboy hospitality throughout the event.
